The Star correspondent in Homa Bay was this evening attacked by GSU officers while covering fracas between two rival groups pitting former MP Odimbe of SPK and Kaluma of ODM.

He reports loss of video camera. He has since been released.

He was threatened by Ofindo's supporters that he is a marked man in the area for not writing favourable stories on their candidate.
